Bottle. Sweet orange and creamy barley malt aroma. Hazy amber color with minimal head. Sweet creamy malt and moderately bitter orange peel hops flavor. Nicely balanced and good body. Excellent golden ale - a good one for the hops’ lover.

Cask handpull at Market Porter, Borough. Gold, thin off white head. Slightly sweaty sox. Decent golden ale. Decent bitterness on the finish, some earthyness on the hops. Bitterness is actually quite harsh on the finish. Fine.

Cask, gravity at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 30.07.10 Pours light amber, warm gold, crikey this is really grapefruity but as Loz points out also big, big marmalade overtones. This has a nice steady bitterness but its a quick fix. Drying towards the end, very hoppy and refreshing beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask-condtioned at the Wenlock, London 13/10/09. Clear, pale amber with a slight white head. Aroma of orange blossoms, caramel and citrus hops. Flavour began with a lick of sweet malts, before some juicy summer fruits, more orange hops, a whiff of pine and lingering dry finish. Great stuff.
