Keg @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Golden with a glow and an extremely small heze, and head. It barrel ageing is evident, coming across a tad sweet probably given its lower strength for such a brew, however it does have a recognisable Saison style and stated aftertaste in this respect.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 17th October 2023. Deep reddish brown with pale tan foam and full lacing. Rich, nutty malts aroma. Malty in-mouth with caramel and nuttiness - hazelnut. A finish reflecting the liquid drain. Full bodied with a velvet smooth mouthfeel. Superb.
