Gravicask, half very good amount, at Chorlton Beer Fest. Clear amber with a ruby shade. Patchy surface. Fragile lacing to my festival glass. Nose is dried fruity, lightly spiced. Blended taste profile of berries, dried fruits and earthy malts. Spiced bitter ending. Well bodied. Pleasing (shared with Stefan and Elisabeth, 06.07.2012).

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours dark brown with a tight, beige foam head. Bit of ashy roast on the nose, with slight lacto notes. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate roasted malts, light dry chocolate, chalky cocoa, some dry charcoal. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry, chalky-roasty cocoa finish. Decent stout overall.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear yellow with a tight, white foam head. The aroma holds some ripe citrus, melon and orange. Medium sweet flavor, with mild grass and pine, along with more ripe tangerine and melon, and faint citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly sticky on the finish, with a bit more aggressive grassy hops now, some citrus rind, and mild resinous pine. So so overall.
