Tap at the brewpub. Poured a murky straw colour with a big lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, sweet honey. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth grainy, sticky sweet honey, light mineral, light spicy clove palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a crystal clear light golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is biscuit malt, light citrus fruit, dry hop. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a fresh, malt, light spice, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a dark brown with a reddish tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out dark chocolate, some metallic notes and toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dark cocoa, heavy metallic notes and toasted malt. Light-bodied and very metallic. This is shit.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, along with caramel malt and maybe a hint of actual hops. Flavour is totally scathed by diacetyl, which destroys this. Fairly heavy maltiness in there and a lack of hops. Everything wrong about this. Terrible.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours a clear dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lemongrass, intense esters and light pepper. Flavour is a little better, with saison yeast, esters, spicy lemongrass and light pepper. Nothing close to an authentic saison, but it's still decent.

On tap at Siem Reap Brewpub, pours an opaque bright yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out clove, light banana and whispy wheat. Flavour brings out murky banana notes, esters and light clove. Not an authentic hef - way too murky and estery. Unconvincing.
