Bottle 33 cl. Light amber color, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweetish, caramel, bready, malty, a little spicy. Taste: sweetish, caramel, toasted toast, a little jam and nuts, slight bitterness, pretty good.

Clear golden pour and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma. Mellow brett. Moderate sweet and a fine acidity. Not to high carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Brett, pale malt, fruity and citric flavor. [Bottle from a trade with Mr Wolff]

Servida en tulipa, color ámbar, turbia, espuma marfil jabonosa de media retención. Aroma a malta, ligero caramelo con un sutil toque de cereza, especias. En boca es de dulzura media con final amargo, algo astringente, notas de galleta, hinojo, canela... Cerveza correcta que no me hace ni fu ni fa.

Draught. Beer still very young upon sampling. Pale yellow, faintly hazy beer under a small if resistant white head; fine pearling. Beer is very young, still sulphury compounds in the nose, just as beer at the end of the lagering, but the sulphur aroma is pretty fleeting. Certain rainwater aroma and pale malts. Very interesting flavours as straw, yeast, malts. Discreet yeastfeatures, that are, indeed, a continuous mix of ale and lagerflavours. Some fruity esters, again very discreet. Medium bodied at best, slight slickness and even a bit refreshing. Interesting, in the good sense of the word. Will try again when possible.
