Sampled from the tap at the brewery. ours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and bread with a decent amount of Aquavit and a bit of bourbon. Flavor showcase the aquavit barrel well with a bit of bread and sweetness from the bourbon.

Sampled from the tap at Republic. Pours a hazy deep amber with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has some smoke and oak with pine hops underlying. Flavor starts with smoke and oak but transitions into more of a pine and resin finish with the oak and smoke backing.
