Bottle. Pours a hazy deep brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma of has lots of bread with light smoke, some aquavit and a hint of berries. Flavor has smoke grains, bread and slightly tart berries with an aquavit backbone.

Pours a hazy, dark amber, with good-sized, pillowy, tan head. Aroma has some citrus, some breadiness, some malt. Flavor is bready, malty, with a touch of citrus, some pine/spruce hoppiness. Pretty bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a deep amber red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon with tart red fruits and a decent amount of oak backing. Flavor has earthy bourbon and oak with a slight smoke and some earthy tart fruits coming through.

Pours a dark, cola-black, with good-sized, creamy, tan head. Aromas of mesquite smoke, spruce tips, roasted grain, perhaps a touch of coffee? Flavor is mesquite smoke, with sweet grain, coffee, spruce. Pretty smooth with a slightly bitter finish. Not bad.

Pours a darker, brownish-amber, with quite a bit of carbonation bubbles, and a fairly well-lasting mid-sized head. Aroma has a lot of smoke, some juniper, some breadiness. Flavor is dominated by the smoke, with some juniper, other floral notes, maybe just a touch of very well-hidden fruit? Glad to get a chance to try this.

750 ml bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a medium light brown head. A big coffee nose. Toast, vanilla, big roasty coffee, some darker smooth elements. Pretty nice. Just a huge coffee beer.
