its got the barnyard aroma you look for in a good lambic, but its lacking in other parts of the beer. What sets this apart from a wicked lambic like a Drie Fonteinen or a Cantillon is it’s lacking big time in the sour tart category, yes its sour and tart, but not nearly what you would expect, its pretty weak.

clear dark red pour, nice pinkish head. Aroma is of cherries obviously, but it’s a tad artificial, it also reminds me of black cherry ice cream. The flavour is very sweet, and just a tad sour, but barlely. Some decent cherry notes in the flavour, but again, a tad artifical. Meh, not bad, but too sweet overall.

perfect summer beer. i buy this often chill it and enjoy att he BBQ. nice flavour but still has a slight bit of tartness. very nice.

Bottiglia. Un territorio olfattivo dominato dalla ciliegia. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida si presenta opalescente. Il colore è quello della ciliegia. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è pulito e dissetante. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, ciliegia, agrumi, barricato e zuccherino.

Aroma of sweet apples and sugar. Flavour is sugary sweetness, but where’s the tartness? Also, no brett to be found. This is a disappointing Gueuze.

Bottle at home. Aroma of fruits, lots of sweet candy peach, hint of banana, wheat, peach yoghurt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a hint of tartness. Body is light, a bit weak and flat. Has very little to do with Lambic, big disappointment.

Bottle at home. Aroma is slightly tartish and quite sweet cherries, bit artificial, sugary, cherry candy. Flavour is sugary sweet with some tartness and a little sourness. Body is light. Drinkable, but way too sugary and artificial for my taste.

Довольно дешевый Ламбик для нищих. Аромат соответственно вишни, красивый темно-розовый цвет. На удивление чувствуется классические нотки солода. Послевкусие слишком кислое. В принципе за эту цену вполне неплохо.
