Our trident approach to brewing encompasses what we love most about craft beer. We focus on clean drinking lagers, traditional and experimental hoppy ales, and our mixed culture fermentation program. Each of our breweries has a unique focus. Glendoveer houses our mixed culture and more experimental fermentation, while the Pearl hits heavy with IPAs and German inspired lagers. Between the two breweries we are consistently churning out new and exciting beers, be sure to stop in often to see what’s new!

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light citrus fruity nose. Toast, some citrus, light bitterness, sweeter tropical elements dominate with pear and passionfruit. Good.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, some sprucey notes, and some earthiness. Flavour is oily and piney, with plenty of dry piney hops, some oiliness, and bready malt. Dry, with plenty of malt to back that's been attenuated out. Good stuff.

Yellow, medium hazy body, with almost no head. Aroma of oak, peach, citrus, some straw, slight funk. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation. Finishes acidic, dry, citric, wooden, with peach, apple. Nice mix of peach and oak notes, with some acidic edge to it. Not outstanding, but fresh and characterful. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 15

No sure how much difference there is year to year. Had 2023 on tap, Strata, Simcoe, Citra at Topwire Hop Project. Clear golden with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, some herbal and piney notes, smooth with solid bitter finish. Good, but not exactly hop explosion I've expected.

0,5l bottle at home. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, peaches, stone fruits, spices, oak. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes peaches, stone fruits, bit citric, grassy, bit lactic, subtle jammy. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, jam and spices. Nice one, lovely smell, that is rather tart and rather on the clean lactic side. Good, but would prefer it with some funk

Taster pour at von Ebert. Pale golden pour, wispy head yields solid lacing. Faint citrusy aroma. Taste is also on the citrusy notes, bready, lemon. Nice, but the Perre was my favorite.
