very beautiful clear red with a thick solid light brown head. must be filtered, but i must admit it looks super nice. mild fruity sawdusty hoppy aroma, red berries seem to dominate. flavor is red berries, cherry, wood? (is it aged??), caramel, malt, very faint "american" style hops like flavor (not sure what it is), also lots of sweetness and dark fruits. faint spices, alc sensed as a spice, strange metallic tinge to the flavor that i don’t like, but overall tasty and intersting.

From a comical grey plastic bottle from an all night shop in Antwerp shared in my hotel room with Mesandsim. Clear gold, thin white head. Alcohol is prevalent throughout. Really just too hot on the end. Not good. Too syrupy on the malts. Plastic, horrible, bad aroma.

A deep dark clear brown ale with a thick receeding moka head. In aroma, a good caramel and molasses, with treacle notes. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt, buttery, toffee, sweet and cloying. Medium bodied. Tasted Nov. 2008. Bieropholie import.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, visible carbonation, stable small creamy layer; sweetish fruity-malty nose with a nutty tinge and a faint touch of spicy hops; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering sweetish-bitter finish. Not bad, but a bit too sweet..........

Bottled. Hazy dark yellow. Unpleasant artificial lemon washing up liquid with extra citric acid. Thin and sharp, sharp and decidedly undrinkable. I’d love to force feed the marketing director of S&N with this.

Bottled. Clear deep golden. Aroma of cigerette smoke from yesterday. Sweetish up front, then just empty. Though vacuum with day-old cigarette smoke may sound pretty bad this shit actually tastes worse than that. Absolute horror.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Slightly hazy reddish with a pinkish head. Sweetish accents of forest fruits. Medium body, very sweet berry melange accents. No bitterness. The berry accents are so strong that they have to be artificial. But nice though. 190209

Bottled. A red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of forrest fruits, and so is the flavor though with strawberries being most dominant, leading to a tart finish.
