Description
At present there are five of us working at the brewery – Luke and Stuart who assist with deliveries and the cleaning and filling of casks. In the office, there’s Julia AKA Fuzzy, who doubles as Droxford’s famous lollipop lady. She keeps all the paperwork in good order which is a good thing because this was a weakness of ours. The Bowman family is of course completed by Ray and myself.
Our beers have evolved over the years into three really popular regular brews and each month we have a 4.5% special on too.

Straight from the cask at the Horseshoe Inn. Pours straw gold with no head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, and there’s peach and flowery notes in the taste. Really very pleasant.

Cask (Red Lion, Overton) - Golden in colour. Grass, straw, citrus and white bread in the aroma. Grain, grassy hops and a hint of lime can be detected in the taste. A great lager from a British brewery.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. A bright pale straw colour with a thin, scummy looking, cream head; cereal grain aroma; crisp in the mouth with a slightly sweet, grainy body; then a light grassy bitterness, with a drier finish. Very fresh, an excellent pilsner, just the thing for a summer lunchtime in the beer garden - unfortunately everyone else has the same idea, so the deer who can often be seen in the field at the end of the garden have been scared away.

Cask at the Jolly Sailor, Farnham. A golden amber pour with a ring of white head; floral aroma; sweet grainy body; and a light dry bitterness to finish. A no-nonsense straightforward ordinary bitter, and very drinkable too.
