Sixth generation headstrong Belgian true craft and traditional brewery, established in the early 1800's and on the same exact location were we are still today since 1859! Call us stubborn. But we are still a family with strong values. We still brew all our beers ourselves. We still use the original copper kettles. And we can guarantee our quality for at least another 150 years! We're headstrong. True craft brewers. And we're from Belgium!! These beers were not made in someone's garage as a hobby. For six generations, brewing is our family's passion. We do not follow hypes. On tap at Bier Palais Brugge. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Decent tripel.,some,citrus fruits. Light bitterness. Fine. Hides abv well. Nice booze though.

Deep red colour with thin head. Aroma of caramel, raisins. Similar sweet taste. Quite boozy. Ok but lacking some complexity.

Même si j'en ai bu des pires, cette triple aura été loin de me convaincre avec beaucoup trop d'imprécisions pour le style. Le visuel est sur un blond doré limpide avec une faible effervescence et quasiment pas de mousse. Le nez est sur une alliance banane, céréales, pomme de terre et coriandre qui m'a laissé quelque peu circonspect. A la dégustation, même constat. Déjà, en bouche, c'est quelque peu pâteux. Si l'attaque sur des arômes de citron, miel, banane et céréales pas désagréable, la deuxième bouche est plus déséquilibrée avec un alcool plus agressif et des arômes qui se rapprochent davantage du nez. L’arrière-bouche présente une légère aigreur pas très agréable quant à elle. La corpulence est moyenne comme la longueur qui est dans la continuité, c'est à dire pas exceptionnelle, comme cette triple.

330mL bottle at Foz do Igua��u airport, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma reveals a fragrant Belgian yeast character, nice esters, and some spiciness. Flavour has a nice, spicy Belgian yeast character, with low-medium sweetness, some gentle black pepper, and low-level esters. Correctly made and definitely a bit better than expected. Very good.

33cl bottle in the Bier Paleis (Brugge) on 7th May 2024. Bright golden pour, some sediment in the final drips, white topping. Piney and floral nose/taste. Liked it.

Pajiza, ligeramente nebulosa. De un dedo de espuma de retención media. Aroma escaso, especiado. En boca es ligera, de escaso cuerpo y con punto de gas tirando a elevado. Refrescante, de tono cítrico y especiado.

EXTREME GUSHER! It's a bad start to lose 50% of a beer when opening it. It's a good enough beer. Very floral, almost perfumed (jasmine?). Pleasantly dry. Wish I could have tasted more of it.

Dorada nebulosa. Espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma no muy intenso pero rico, naranja, bizcocho. En boca es muy suave al paladar, muy agradable. Alcohol suficientemente disimulado y muy buen sabor, naranja, azahar, especias… buena tripel
