Was a bit skeptical of reviewing this since I'm not entirely sold on Brut IPA's; however since a good friend sent it to me and I wanted to be grateful so here are my thoughts:

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy orange color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: big Brett and funky to earthy tones; very barnyard-like; light peaches and/or apricots; some green apple
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly nice to a funky sweet to earthy fruity peachy sweetness; finishes with the Brett and funky to peachy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue but also some Brett-like sour stabs to the tongue (just noticeable, nothing overbearing)
Overall: wow, a Brut IPA I don't mind, it might not be a style I need to reach for but this one would be one of the better ones I've had.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt amber color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some concave lace
Aroma: nice funky farmhouse-y tart to semi-sour lemon and sweet grassiness; nice level of Brett, some hay, light oakiness, and herbal tones
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a semi-tart to semi-sweet contour; farmhouse sour-ish accents invade for a great balance; finishes funky to tart with some lemon
Texture: medium bodied; surely this is a sipper; tart acidity affects the tongue enough here and shows some dryness on the tongue too
Overall: pretty good for what it is but if I had this again, I believe I'd need a ton of water right after.

Can to stange.
Appearance: bronzed orange color with a swiftly dissipating little white foamy head left just a little bit of concave lace.
Aroma: lemon to lime sweet to tart tones mesh with the tart to sour wheat, the salt and light coriander qualities; some acidity
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together with a tart to brisk sour acidity; light finish of tart to sour wheaty tones with the lemon and lime
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable, some smoothness but not too much and the dry tone I wanted was there along with the wheaty bite
Overall: a very nicely done Gose with a modern twist, I'd very much love to have again.

Can to pokal.
Appearance: misty yellow color with a sly transparency about it; nice level finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then leave some light lace.
Aroma: the grapefruit pulpy sweet to tart tones intertwine very nicely with the tart to sour wheat, the salt and light coriander qualities; some acidity
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together with a semi-sharp tart to brisk sour acidity; light finish of tart to sour wheaty tones with the grapefruit
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable - very much so! some smoothness but not too much and the dry tone I wanted was there along with the wheaty kick
Overall: what a lovely Gose! and with a semi-modern twist with the grapefruit, that puts me in my happy place!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: purple in color with a super quickly dieing head that didn't leave any lace
Aroma: lots of berry sweet and tart scents and different grapes, I can tell of the white grapes for sure, then some stuffy malts
Flavor: tart to sour accents start first wrapping the berries and the grapes together then subtle vinous like tones come in to blend fairly nice; finishes with the grapes and vinous qualities
Texture: light to medium bodied; can't quite right tell if this is sessionable or a sipper - maybe a sipper, I guess; the vinous qualities certainly make this one not exactly anywhere close to being smooth
Overall: I believe something is great here but the super hard thing for me is that I'm not a wine drinker, so trying not to be too harsh in my score on this and grateful a good friend sent it to me.

Can to tall tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to copper color with a finger and a quarter's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave a mild lace
Aroma: watermelon sweetness up front then the gose characteristics of the salt, nice acidic to sour-ed wheat level, light dose of coriander in the underneath
Flavor: watermelon sweetness up front again flanked by the sour to tart wheaty aspects and a light spice of the coriander once again beneath; finishes crisp, tart and refreshing through the watermelon and wheat
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; fair dryness on the tongue with some salty and wheaty tones
Overall: nice gose I'd say pretty true to style but with a bigger punch of the watermelon than expected, still, I believe I could come back to.

A red copper gose with a very thin light mocha head. In aroma, light lemon notes, light watermelon, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a tart lemony mix of lemon pulp, watermelon pulp, light Epsom salts, still solid after 10 years.
