On tap @ Seattle Taproom, Sea-Tac Airport. Pours dark golden with a big off white head. Aroma is hoppy, with orange peel and peaches. Medium body with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with orange peel, peach and grapefruit.

Hazy gold. Lots of west coast hop notes. I get pine and tangerine. Nose is weak but with a hint of grass

Gorgeous beer. Hazy yellow with a nice lemon drop lacing Very faint nose. Almost nothing Taste is a Step above your normal hefeweizen. Fruity and grassy, naturally lots of wheat pretty earthy at the finish but the Tate does not stick around. Id put an orange peel here for an added zest

Cloudy reddish orange hues Nose is piney as all hell. A bit earthy Not a lot of carbonation. Bitterness totally overwhelms everything Else. There’s a hint of cherries and orange peel some spiciness and woody backbone but a whole lots of hops

Pitch black and oily but bot viscous in texture pours with a sizable head Nose is weak with a hint of roast and dark chocolate taste is interesting. It’s a very toasty stout, not warming but no barley additions were spared. I get some creaminess from the oatmeal, pretty high bitterness. Drinks close so a Sam smiths oatmeal stout plus some added booziness. It’s lacking something.

Off orange appearance. No head Bit of citrus and lemon zest on the nose. Wheat and rye as well Pretty sweet like lemon meringue on the tongue. Bitter bit fleeting with citrus and honey. Maybe a bit of cedar forward notes and floral hibiscus

2010 vintage Small off-white head, copper-brown beer. Bourbon, vanilla, vanillabeans, sweet chocolate and caramel. Very sweet, alcohol, mint and sparadrap. Not really very balanced, despite the aging of the bottle. Very slick, viscous and oily, alcoholwarming. Quite good, if, once more, terribly sweet.

From a 375mL bottle. Aroma is fairly wine barrel forward with quite a bit of oak tannins and some lighter white wine notes. Light fruitiness and faint malt notes. Pours a cloudy, pale, golden straw with slightly off white head with moderate retention. Light lacing and no legs. Flavor is fairly oaky with a decent amount of white wine in the finish. Light malt notes with some citrus and pear fruit notes. Moderate bitterness with a fairly dry finish. Not a ton of spicy phenolics, but there is a touch. Very light Brett character; this really has just been touched by Brett. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high carbonation. Low but noticeable tannic astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall an alright beer, but the wine character is way too forward and dominates the base beer. The malt notes are a bit stale and the Brett character is more musty than barnyard or fruit.
