Bottle at the brewery. Pours mostly clear yellow with a frothy white head. Good fresh aroma, OK flavor. Moderately sweet with lightly tangy lemon and pineapple, some hints of cereal and butter. Low acidity. Light to medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish. Pretty good, somewhat refreshing. Perhaps just a little young.

Bottle sample at the brewery. Pours orange-gold with a large, foamy white head. Big sugary character with prominent yeast, candi sugars, bread. Minimal alcohol presence - impressively so. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with sticky sugars, Belgian yeast, esters. Not bad.

750mL bottle pours up with a deep dark brown body that supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up brownie, caramel malts, malty candy, some mineral notes and booze. The taste comes across kind of thin, minerally, dash of tartness amid the brownie, caramel malt and sort of mineral notes that are going on here. This doesn’t come together too well as there is an odd tartness to go along with everything else.

Light sweet flavor with cleansing acidity, more tart lemons, low funk. Light in body with spritzy carbonation. Pretty clean on the finish with more relaxed poo, slight lemony acidity. Nice beer.
