On tap. Pours a clear amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of bread and grains with grass and light earthy pine underlying. Flavor has bread and grass with earthy pine and grains underlying.

Bottle. Pours faintly cloudy pale yellow with dense foamy white head, faint malt aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter taste with little bread-like flavor, thin body, abrupt finish. Nothing spectacular.

Bottle (from notes). Pours rich yellow with small foamy white head, grassy hops aroma, medium carbonation, lightly bitter malty taste, thin body, medium finish. Easy to drink, but nothing special.

pours hazy orange/yellow with a small white head and little lacing. floral and malty nose, honey, biscuits. flavour malts, a pinch of salt, mineral water, lemon, biscuit. mildly bitter-salty dry finish.

Bouteille @ JFK Taste of NY, Terminal 2. Bottled 06/27/2014. The guys at the shop assure me they gt new deliveries, but most of their beers were far from being too fresh. Dorée-orangée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au bouquet salin restant discret, rétro doux avec une note fleurie, mielleuse et une note de minéral. Palais est malté, caramel, léger ajout minéral-salin avec une fin douce gardant des notes de fleurs. Malt pils et pâle et une fin de bouche qui sans offrir qcq chose d’extraordinaire donne une note houblonnée noble sur un côté fruité citronné. L’ajout de sel reste dans un impact minimaliste mais donnant tout de même un plaisant, quoique discret, fini minéral.

Draught. Reddish copper color with small whitish spongy head, very faint malt aroma, medium carbonation, slightly bitter and tangy taste reminiscent of rye, hops taste not very noticable, bitter long finish. Very different from a usual IPA.
