Description

In 2022, we decided to join forces with Siphon Brewing and start a new brewing site in Michelbeke, in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes.

Bottle, thanks Tim. Nice. Easy drinking, initial grassy hoppiness. Taste is good, initial citrus and blonde kind of taste but there's some smoke too. Interesting.

Bottle. Brown pour. Aroma of chocolate, licorice, coffee earthy vanilla and subtle coconut. Taste has sweet vanilla, acidic coffee, caramel, some artificial coconut and chocolate. A bit messy and the flavors seem off. More dubbel than stout, as usual with belgians.
