Bottled from deciccos. Dark brown to black with small tannish head. Malty aroma. Taste is lots of roasted malts, smooth silky feel and light choc bitter

Bottled. Pours a nice deep orange brown. Pine wood and floral aroma. Bit of resin to taste. An excellent example of the style

Not bad, fruity and semisweet with a notes of fresh tropical fruit and minerals against a moderate bitterness on the back end. Finishes with a lingering earthy hoppiness. Not bad.

12oz bottle. Best by date is 27 years from now. Serious bourbon barrel tone, actually the best I've had in some time. The rich caramel malts really meld perfectly with the barrel booze, vanilla touched bourbon candy. A beast of a beer, glad I picked up a sixpack.

12 oz. can. Pours an unclear, orange color, with an average, foamy, off-white head. The nose is spruce, cloves, grapefruit peel, caramel, and perfume. Sweet and phenolic, with a fair, rough bitterness. Medium body, slick, and oddly hot. Not great, but reasonable.
