A very refreshing choice after cycling 25 hilly miles before this one. Clear deeper golden coloured. One of my favoured hops offering up hints of towards exotic fruit in a mainly hoppy effort.

Hand pulled half pint in the Punchbowl (a Spoon's in York) on 20th May 2026. Guess the colour! White roof and an easy going beer, cheapest half I'd had all day (day two of our three day York Pub Crawl).

Can looks very simple. Beer in the glass deep golden, small head. Malty-moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty, spicy. Modest dry. More and more moldy-wheaty notes, grasy. Finish again moldy. Sweetish background. Shy bitter hints. Okay.
