14/8/2021. Cask at the 24th Festival of Beer and Brewing at the Museum of East Anglian Life, Stowmarket. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet, green apple, wood, whisky. Medium plus sweetness, with a light tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Sweet woody finish. Enjoyable.

Can at Rogers thanks to he, 20/06/21. Lucozade orange pour with a reddish glint and an off white head. Nose is mixed berry fruits, apple cordial, sugars, bramble berries. Taste comprises apple and blackcurrant squash, sugars, hint of elderflower, herb, grass, light orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad as fruit ciders go tbh ... not too sweet and retains an apple flavour.

28-02-21 // 330ml bottle. Clear pale golden. No head. Sweet cider. To sweet for my linking. But the mild whiskey notes are actually nice. Light honey sweetness. Rich apples. Good.

Can. Almost clear dark red with very fizzy head. Very jammy, strawberries, lots of berries and i don't get much elderflower. There's some sweet apple in the background and soft barnyard funk. Quite sweet, light tart. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite sweet, but the aroma is pretty decent.

Can. Clear pale yellow straw. Crisp apple, light mineral, pear, soft yeasty in a very white wine like way. Almost medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. OK.

Bottle: Drank from the bottle shared with the wife. Aroma was fruity strawberry. Taste is mix of strawberry and apple, not overwhelming.

Sweet cellar cooled apple, sweet and juicy, tasty. Sweet red ones and some more mealy yellowy ones, good tartness to balance it. Tasty fresh running water feel. Nice.
