Cask at CBC Clerko, 11/09/14. Clear golden with a well appointed off white covering that dissipates then stays for the show. Nose carries a juicy hop presence, pine resin, tangerine, citric pithdom, straw, soft bread dough. Taste comprises sharp grapefruit, melon, nice pine coating, apricot jam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse and satisfying level of hop bitterness in the close. Solid cask APA, one of the best I’ve encountered.

Cask at CPK during the pub’s 5th birthday celebration - London. Pours clear gold with a slight, white foam head. The nose holds rindy tangerine, some herbs, pale malts. Light sweet flavor with further rind, general citrus fruits, pine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced on the finish with soft resinous hops, some pine needles, rind and a bit of ripe tangerine. Very nice.
