Description
First brewed in Spring 2010 as the Wheatsheaf Inn based at Wheatsheaf Inn, High Street, Llantrisant, Pontyclun. It was originally owned by Celt Experience. In 2011 it brewed for a short time using the name Korev, before settling on the current name in Spring 2012 when it separated from Celt Experience. It moved to its current address in Spring 2013 where an 11BBL plant was used. Experimental beers are produced under the Hopcraft banner. Brewing ceased in early 2019.

Cask. Gravity dispense. 40th Steel City Beer Festival, Sheffield. Cloudy brown. Bubbly, off white head. Toffee malt. Light grapefruit. Taste is dry, and light bitter. Soft, spicy palate. Finishes dry, with a little bitterness.

Cask stillage at the Birmingham CAMRA festival 2014. Poured a clear dark brown with bubbly off white head. The aroma is earthy smoky malt. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a rich malt liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask stillage at the Birmingham CAMRA festival 2014. Poured a clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is big orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a citrus big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white swirl and edgeing. Nose is earthy hops, bitter orange, apricot, tangerine, grass, light mango. Taste comprises orange pith, tangerine, pithy citrics, mineral rinse, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carboantion, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterings. Decent Session IPA.

Cask at IMBC... deep black.. Thin tan lacing... Soft dark coffee chocolate.. Light coffee syrup nose... Soft sweet vanilla coffee chocolate... Big coffee.. Nice.. But something tastes a little syrupy
