Cask handpull at Craft Covent Garden. Clear deep gold lasting white head. It’s a pale mild what can I say? Pale and biscuit malty with a sweet honey finish. What a style. Not seen very often is a pale mild. Interesting.

Cask at CBCCV - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a creamy, white head. The aroma holds damp bread, ripe citrus, orange rind. Light sweet flavor with nicely rounded, crunchy malts, dry bread, grains, some tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Nicely balanced on the finish with further dry, crunchy grains, mellow bitterness, toasted hay, citrus rind. Decent.
