500ml bottle. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty, yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana, hints of peach, a touch of clove. Taste is minimally dry, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, minimally leafy hoppy, notes of banana, a touch of peach, banana leaves, some clove. Sweet-ish but not too sweet, nice fruitiness, could be a tad more spicy. Pretty good Hefeweizen.

03.10.2019 -- 0.33l bottle in a steam train in schwarzwald, bb 15.01.2020, 3€. from the bottle aroma of citrus, cereals, malts. flavour of citrus lemonade, grass, cereals. sweet and slightly bitter. oily mouthfeel.artificial sweetener in the aftertaste.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of wheat, yeast and ripe banana. Pours hazy amber golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, yeasty and phenolic, follows by faint medicine, dust, banana and some citrus as well, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Good beer from the forest...

Keg at the Swimmer, Holloway. Blond coloured, sightly cloudy, white creamy head. Aroma is cream, wheat, something a bit funky. Taste is fairly regular and wheaty. Bit of apple and pear too, cream and booze. Bottle. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Cloudy, orange amber. Thick white foam is lasting and semi lacing. Nose has chewy wheat. Clove and bubblegum. Some citrus fruit. Taste is semi sweet, with just a light, spicy bitterness. Medium body. A tad drying. Burp inducing carbonation. Sweet and lightly dry finish. Nice one.
