Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant lacing. Hay and biscuit aromas. Soft with bitter pith and resin front to back and into the lasting finish.

Can: Poured a cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy floral hops notes with light spicy yeast notes and light subtle Brett notes is quite exquisite. Taste is a mix of juicy floral aroma with some light spicy yeast notes, light residual sugar notes with some subtle Brett funky notes also apparent. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Super mix of drinkability and complexity with a great balance between hoppy notes and funky saison notes.

Found in a clearance bin at Metro in St-Felicien, QC on my 2017 Quebec beer run. A light stout - interesting. Pours a dark brown colour with light ruby highlights. A foamy mocha-coloured head that has decent retention for a light brew. Lacing is minimal. Fruity aromas blended with the roasted malts and molasses. Mild flavours of roasted malts with hints of coffee lingering. Actually, quite well-balanced for a Session Stout that you could drink many. No short finish and you kind of forget that it is only 3.5% ABV. Well-done.

Found in a clearance bin at Metro in St-Felicien, QC on my 2017 Quebec beer run. Old school-looking label, written Amber Saison. Pours an amber-orange colour with a big frothy light-beige cap, staying quite long with good dirty foam lace. Nice spicy hops over light malt. Gets a little hazy with every pour. The hops are quite good in the taste as well. Nicely balanced, not too strong to blend with the amber malts. Very easy to drink, good looking brew. A great find.
