A beautiful golden cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light citrus, nice and smooth. In mouth, a beautiful complex mix of apple jam, cooked apples, candy floss, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

Bottle - Red apple skin and sweetness with baked apple. Dark gold. Nice cooked Apple and red apple skin. Great body and sweetness with a good amount of acidity.

Bright amber. Petillant. Light brown sugar taste, but sulphury apple skin as well, along with the apple notes. It’s not bad. The apple isn’t as clear or bright as some other examples. The effervescence cuts the sugars quite a bit. Finishes with more of a sticky sugar taste, that I like, with some acidity coming in.

375mL bottle, pours a clear bronze / golden with a few bubbles of white head. Aroma brings out notes of honeydew, caramelized apples, and a little brown sugar. Flavour is crisp, with notes of champagne, honeydew, caramelized apples and some brown sugar. Sweet, but nowhere close to cloying. The carbonation makes this reminiscent of a champagne. Wonderful spritzy ice cider.

Light orange and pink color, head disappears quickly. Very nice aroma, apple pie with buttery crust. It has just a mild residual sweetness, mild tartness, fresh apple juice, a bit lemony, and moderate tannins, more astringent in the final.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is very poignant for something so light in alcohol, with lovely floral, perfumey notes, stone fruits, and light apple pie. Flavour is quite fruity and sweet, with apple notes upfront (lots of cinnamon and vanilla), with medium sweet red apples, and some lovely tannins. For 2.5%, the pungency of the flavour is impressive. Delicious stuff.
