2015-12-02, it says vintage 2008 on the label, but tagged L1202, 7-4-8-4-15=38
Nice dynamic sweet and appley caramel and juice, both aroma and flavor would be a 7.5; moderate acidity level, not very complex though. Very nice.
2009-10-08, bottle from Caves Auge, Paris, 7-5-8-5-16=41
Beautiful dark gold color. The aroma is strange, with apples syrup, plastic, hazelnuts, alcohol; fruity, sugary, pungent, decadent. Strong body, sweet, but sour as well; the flavor makes a statement; strong apple juice flavor, thick, extremely sugary, but with powerful acidity too. Excellent.

A dark golden cider, lightly bubbly, with aroma of sweet cooked apple compote, smooth and light tartness. In mouth, a nice sweet bubbly ice cider, with light tart notes, complex, quite nice. Mondial des Cidres de Glace, Feb. 12 2011.

Has a soft and faint apple aroma emanating from a yellowish body with no head. Flavour is a simply but drinkable sweet apple mix. Average mouthfeel. It’s right about in the middle of the pack for ciders; a shame since it was quite expensive.

On tap, Ginger’s Tavern. Pale green-yellow. Slightly sulphury apple nose is fairly nondescript. Soft, fairly sweet but with some tartness in the finish. A meh sort of cider.

750 ml bottle from MrManning! Thanks Len! Nose of apples, with a ricey, sake like note; translucent gold with a lot of carbonation, the head recedeing quickly leaving a quarter inch ring around the glass’s sides; flavor a combo of sweet and tart appleiness.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ice cider with an aroma of sweet apple. Taste is quiet sweet even for ice cider and maybe a tad too much for my liking even though I still enjoyed this cider. No tart or dryness was noticeable. Body is quite heavy even for the style.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow cider with lots of carbonation – champagne-style. Aroma of light semi-sweet apple is a bit too weak IMO. Taste of sweet apple with a long dry finish. I thought it lack a bit of tart and carbonation is too heavy. Overall, this is a very good cider, very refreshing and very well balance but a tad too much carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow sparkling cider with lots of bubbles. Aroma of light sweet apple juice. Taste is very refreshing with some sweet apple and subtle acidic ending. I was surprised by level of taste considering the pale color and the low ABV. Good stuff!
