A lightly pink cider with aroma of sweet apple, light mineral notes, light acidity, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light mineral notes, light acidity, light bodied and pleasant. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2019.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear amber with a gold hue and no head whatsoever. Aroma has boozy sweet apple with a bit of acid and a hint of tartness. Flavor is full of rich juicy apple with toffee and burnt sugar underlying, a light booze and a hint of acid.

Pale pink. Mousseaux. This has tartness, tannins, and a fair bit of apple. On the palate, this isn't that great. This is a bit like mushy bruised apple.sometimes. Ok, has some promise.

Very pale color, fizzy, no head. Mild aroma, but the flavor is delicate, nice, with very light residual sweetness. In France there are ciders with similar ABV but more character.

750mL bottle, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apple skins and some champagney notes. Flavour brings out light sweetness from the apples, with some champagne character and a little leather. Not as complex as the Rose version, but this works pretty well. Moderate-to-heavy carbonation. Good, but nothing special.

Light green. No head. The aroma isn’t much. Sweet, lightly fruity, maybe a bit funky as well. Bit fizzy. So for me, maybe not the greatest balance but it does have more character than the average cider of this type, with a bit more than the usual acidity in the finish.

A hazed blonde cider with aroma of sweet tart apples with light Brett, light lactic notes, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light funk, very nice and refreshing. Mondial des Cidres 2017.
