A golden ice cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple jam, with loads of tropical fruits, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, beautiful and delicious. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2016.

Corked bottle, Millesime 2010
Light amber color. Deep aroma of caramel and concentrated apple juice, lively. Very sweet, yet not too syrupy; concentrated apple juice dominates the flavor, a bit of caramel, with a high degree of acidity, and ending like a good caramelized tarte tatin. Components are getting stronger, for a bold and long final.
Less complex than the best ones, but still wonderful.

2010 vintage. 375mL bottle, pours a clear bronze with no head. Nose is super complex, with caramelized apple, treacle toffee, almond essence, and low-medium sweetness for an ice cider. Flavour is super complex as well, with notes of almond, caramel, treacle toffee and brown sugar. Fair amount of alcohol heat that is well-situated, with medium sweetness. Elegant and complex. Phenomenal stuff.

Bottle - Cooked apple and some peel with some interesting stone fruit. Clear gold. Such wonderful tropical notes and only the lightest amount of cooked apple. Brilliantly unique and different with little apple.

200mL bottle, pours a clear golden amber with a few bubbles. Nose is very complex, with loads of treacle toffee, caramel apple and brown sugar - smells extremely sweet. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of treacle toffee, dark fruits and apples, and brown sugar. Sweet but not cloying. Complex and elegant. Wonderful stuff.

375ML corked bottle. Picked this up in Quebec. Paired with nothing, enjoyed by a huge pour in stemware at fridge temp. looks like an orange gold with some pink hues. Aroma is great. red wine, sour apples, cherries, orange peels. Dense mouthfeel. the sparkling is on the low end. carbonation is light. Almost sour in taste, lingering, needs to be savored. cherry, lemon, apple, pear, rose petals, lemon tea almost. it’s really complex. Possibly the best cider I’ve had in a very long time. the carbonation just adds this amazing dimension.

4.5% 250ml bottle from SAQ Terroirs d’Ici Atwater Market. A very light pale gold, it looks like white wine and was a similar musty fruity aroma. Light bodied. The taste is fruity apples, musty, tart and acidic in the finish. Pretty good but fairly simple.
