Bottle. Deep golden, long legs. Deep apple, light butter, a hint cinnamon, fresh Bratapfel. Deep sweetness, light caramel, fine acid, very drinkable. Good stuff.

2014 bottle, many thanks anstei! Amber color with no head. Aroma is condensed apples, gummibears, tarte tatin, caramel. Taste is gummybears, red apples, caramel, quite some acidity, great balance, a but of nuttiness in the back. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Good stuff!

Clear golden. Aroma is apple caramel raisin fresh sour apple. Taste is perfect sweet apple and caramel a little gummy bear and nut. Just a little oily. Very drinkable. Perfectly balanced.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out champagne funk like a classic brut, with a touch of sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with champagne funk and gentle sweetness from the ice cider. I slightly prefer the Brut.

Bottle sample at Mondial Des Cidres, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright champagne funk and crisp dry apples. Flavour is vibrant, with bright champagne effervescence, crisp dry apples, and just a touch of residual sugars. Extremely high carbonation but it is fitting. Excellent.
