A golden cider with aroma of apples and strawberries. In mouth, a nice smooth liquorous apple with maple notes, warming alcohol, acidic points. Tasted at Mondial des Cidres de Glaces, Feb. 11 2012.

Bottle shared at tasting at my house. Pours cloudy golden maple. Nose/taste of liquified caramelized candy apple, maple and caramel syrup. Medium body. Smooth. Awesome!

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a deep gold with slight orange hue and no head whatsoever but visible carbonation. Aroma was sweet apples with a bit of apricot and just a hint of acid. Flavor starts sweet with apple and apricot and a growing acidity. The carbonation distracted slightly from the cider.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a nice deep gold with a bit of orange and no head whatsoever. Aroma was off of sweet apple, reminded me of a candied apple, as well as a hint of apricot. Flavor was sweet apple, slightly smooth and syrupy with a bit of acidity to round out the cider.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale blonde with visible carbonation. Aroma was full of sweet apples with a bit of a backing vanilla note. Flavor started with sweet apples that mellowed slightly and a bit of vanilla and earthiness coming in the finish. Carbonation helped the beer pop.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale ruby red with some visible carbonation. Aroma was a combination of tart apple and a dry white wine note. Flavor began with some slightly sweet but tart geneva apples that gave way to a dry white wine finish. Seemed a bit muddled.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear slightly pale yellow with lots of visible carbonation. Aroma was full of very sweet apples and was slightly sugary. Flavor was sweet apples as well, it began a bit syrupy but seemed to smooth in the finish. The finish was a bit less sweet as well.

Sampled from the bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow with bubbly white head that dissipated completely. Aroma was quite quite vinous with dry notes and a bit of tart apple. Flavor was similar with a very dry finish and vinous dry tart apple notes throughout. Reminded me very much of a white wine.
