The natural conditioning creates ale that is smooth, naturally carbonated, and full of flavor.

Cask at the brewpub at the brewery. Clean caramel aroma. Clear dark amber color. Off-white head that sticks around. Soft, luscious, fruity, malty with floral/fruity hop. The bitter balancing the malt does not seem to be pine or citrus. Fresh foral/fruity finish, hints of malt here at the end, mild bitter, and some possible citrus sour at the back of the mouth. Fantantastic.

Bottle. Nice odor of caramel and toffee. Coppery amber color with an off-white head that foamed respectably. Starts a bit tart. Decent body. Caramel, matching bitter, bit of sour. Ok. Maybe a bit too much carbonation, but that goes away quickly. Seems very balanced through the finish.

Aroma of floral hop (I think) backed with some citrus. The aroma seems a bit dusty. Lightly orange tinged gold color with a subtantial head that attempts some lacing. Starts lightly sweet and floral, followed by a light maltiness, which continues into the finish. There is a floral or herb component in the finish, as well as a malt note, and barely enough bitter. After four lagers, this was a pleasure. Perhaps otherwise, if it had followed four IPAs.

Bottle. Pours a very dark brown with a small but lasting tan head. Has a very strong aroma of chocolate and spice with hints of roasted malt. Laces that stays while tastes of chocolate and a nutty dry finish. a decent stout.

Bottle. Poured amber with a thick lasting head. Faint malty aroma. Mild flavour that’s well balanced between malt and hops. A modest finish. This is a workaday unassuming bitter that is good on a warm day.

Pours bright amber into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to roil the surface. Sweet caramel and pine aromas. Well balanced and smooth with an active, sharp carbonated grapefruit finish.
