75cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours unclear amber/orange with a creamy head & lacings. Fruity orange, yeast & hops. Good smooth mouthfeel. Very fresh with orange fruit, a bit of spices (coriander) & hops dominating. Nice!

75cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours unclear yellow with a large lasting white head & lacings. Nose is fruity, yeasty & hoppy. Quite a lot of hay, yeast & hops. Very fresh with a small touch of coriander. Very "saison-ish". Good!

Pours hazy golden orange with off white head. Aromas of bread dough, spices and slight hoppiness. Sweet with spices, yeast, citrus and hops. Reminds me Chouffe Houblon but not quite as good. Medium body with lively carbonation. A pretty good beer.

Bottle at LCRBM08. Refreshing teaish aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small white head. Good fruity flavour, quite mild but clean. Thin mouthfeel, but it works very well with the light refreshing flavour. Nice and drinkable.

LCRBM08: 75 cL bottle, courtesy of SHIG. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild yeasty/spiced with a light caramel malt note. Smooth caramel malty and light spiced yeasty initial flavour. Light citrusy too. Smooth caramel and yeasty spiced finish. Nice and easy, one of my favorites Belgian brewers.

Bottle @ LCRBM 08: Poured a orange brown with a off white head. The aroma is strong with an american cascades hops and some fruits. Taste of fruits gives way to hops, finish is dry and bitter. Nice example of belgium hop beer! Thanks to Chris for saving me a bottle of this to share.

Bottle (LCRBM08): Golden, hazy, small lacy head; strong hoppy-piney nose over a yeasty-malty background; moderate to solid dry bitter flavour, quite light bodied for a beer of 6%, almost a bit flat body; lingering bitter-hoppy finish with some yeasty traces. Nice hoppy stuff..........

750ml bottle, uncorked. Murky brown-amber color with a fading head. Delicate, minimal sweet aroma. Malty, light brown sugar or caramel and yeast notes. Certainly a smooth sipper. Has been in my closet for almost a year, might have lost just a touch of effervescence. Creamy, rich, brown cocoa flavored finish. This is a nice Belgian Christmas Ale, though not as spiced as a typical example.

Courtesy of fishingnet. Pours clear gold with thin white head. The aroma is crisp and fresh with a grainy maltiness, a citrus lemon bite along with raisins and prune notes. The taste is much the same starting with grainy malt notes and moving quickly toward tart citrus lemon acidity and countered by mild prune and raisin notes in the background. It ends with lingering citrus tartness.
