Can. Slightly unclear amber with a cm of near white head that laces well. Aroma is floral with lots of breadcrust and oozy peach and tropical notes. Creamy texture. Robust, strong ale-like breadcrust and peach notes before firm peppery bitterness.

Bottle. Almost black with a 3/2cm light tan head that lasts well. Dark chocolate and roast aroma with hints of sweetness behind. Smooth with modest carbonation. Intense dark chocolate, some coffee, firm roast, clean bitterness. Wow, really good.

Can. Amber with an inch of off white head. I should have been more careful with the sediment. Aroma of of biscuit, cooked peach, some citrus. Q a bit of body. Malty but pretty dry with biscuit and peach before lightening citrus and some pepper towards a firmly bitter finish. Substantial, good.

Bottle. Pretty much clear copper with a cm or so of off white head that lasts all the way. Aroma of bread and breadcrust, punchy spices. Dryish with some peach as well as breadcrust, lots of spices. Firmly bitter. Has enough body and flavour that it never feels like dishwater. A bit too fizzy. Impressive.

Can. Nearly clear pale orange with a loose white head. Aroma of crackers, some lime, pepper. Light bodied, quite fizzy. Crackery and a little earthy with some citrus and a spicy modestly bitter end. OK dustcutter.
