Can. Pale gold with a cm of white head. Aroma of oranges and fleshy tropical fruit (lychees, pineapple). Dryish for 2 Brothers with light bread, fruity and some spicy aromatics. A clean, moderately bitter finish. Good gluggable stuff. A beer that will do a lot for them.

Bottle consumed April 2020, purchased Oct 2018. Colour of tawny port. Nose of caramel and raisins. Somewhat viscous. Loads of vanilla, sherry, plum, caramel and a bit of wood. A little sweeter than I'd like, but appropriately luscious and warming.

Pours unclear peachy blonde. Mild DMS , or is it the tea that is said to be in here ? Taste is sharp, very high carbo. Tad bitter, tad DMS. Rather dry Rather thin body. Not enough malts.

Can. Along with so many Australian beers at the moment, hewn into the living rock of dubious use of intellectual property. Black, a tan head would love to stay and chat but has to go and wait in the lobby for the limo. Enough? Aroma of roasted malt, biscotti, chocolate, vanilla, whisky. Not especially deep but nicely balanced if leaning towards the sweet side. Full bodied, low carbonation. Tastes pretty much as it smells with the addition of peppery wood at the end. Fair enough but doesn't do enough to justify its strength.

Brown with beaded head. Biscuit and caramel nose. A surprising fruitiness in concert with the bread malts. Very cosy brown ale.

Bottle. Deep amber in colour. Bread and pine nose. Chewy mouthfeel. Really well-balanced example of an amber. Should be more like this around.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bitter dark grains and roast with a slight dry earthiness. Flavor has more sweet dark grains with light roast, a bit of chocolate and only a hint dryness.
