Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Yellowish orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is caramel, some yeasty, mild citrus and some slight earthy tones. Flavour is sweet fruits, some wood, mild earthy and herbal tones with some toffee and mild herbs. Something between a Tripel and strong Blonde.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild herbal pale malt, yeast, spices. Taste of herbal and spicy pale malt, some belgian yeast, moderate carbonation.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild banana, yeast, pale malt. Taste of mid sweet strong pale malt, wheat, some banana, phenols, spices.

Light hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of citrus, a bit grassy, rather dry and bitter. Unbalanced. Typical Belgian IPA, not very tropical.

Hazy reddish brown colour, beige foam. Nose of metal, 'roest', caramel, some red fruit. Unbalanced, not good.

Bottle, 6%. Edition 03. Good chalky and dusty aroma. Spicy hops and Belgian yeast in the nose. Almost clear, shiny pale golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, but a little watery. Still good, and a nice example of what a singel kan be.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Trockener, dann süßlich hefiger Beginn mit bitteren Beinoten. Alkoholisch, typisch nach Tripel, Noten von Banane und Kräutern. Mittellanger Abgang. Ok. 8/9/8/8/6/8
