440ml can from Craft & Berry. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of lime juice, lime leaves, mint, sugar. Taste is citrusy, lime, juicy, some mint, with a woody oaky undernote and salty sourness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, sour lime & mint finish. Quite drinkable.

Can at home. Clear deep ruby colour with no real head. Aroma and taste are tangy fruity and berries. Medium body.

On tap keg Tom Said micropub, Ripley, Derbyshire me and Loz are out with Dad, Saturday 7th May 2022. Pours pale straw/light gold with a white head. Streaky bitterness, lots of citrus, lots of lemony flavours this is a nice lightly tart beer.

Can from Hoptimism. Pale yellow golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light grassy and crisp grapefruit. Medium body.

Keg at moonwake. Pours golden amber, nose is huge elderflower, toffee, floral, taste is juicy fruit, tart, zesty, lemongrass, prickly elderflower.

Keg at Roberto's place. A mostly clear reddy, plum, no head. Aroma is musty funk, jammy raspberry, tart, cherry, woody, cough sweet. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, prickly, sour, woody raspberries, sour funk, lacto,. Palate is sour, prickly carbonation, drying finish.

Keg at Roberto's bar, 12/02/22. Raspberry red with a moderate crimson cap that soon dissipates. Nose is tangy berries, light funk, damp oak, straw. Taste comprises Raspberry yoghurt, berry pips, straw, damp wood, modest brett. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a mellow berry tang. Not bad.
