On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. An unclear, flat, red beer, still leaving some lacing. The aroma is quite vinegary, with red berries and a funky hint. Feels acidic. There's quite a lot of vinegar acidity on the palate, it's medium to full bodied and nicely carbonated, with a flavor of vinegar, red berries and some funk. Lemon and barnyard-ish. As expected, the plums added didn't do much for the aroma and flavor, except adding some sweetness the yeast could feast on. Lasting fruity, vinegary finish. Too much vinegar for me. 240801

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. A more or less clear one, golden in color, with a small white head leaving lacing. The aroma has a nice bready maltyness, along with an equally good fruityness. Pine cones and grass. It's smooth on the palate, nicely carbonated and semi-dry, medium to full-bodied. The flavor has a nice backdrop of pale malts, with fruityness up front. Piney and grassy too. Medium length finish. Love the malts in this one, and the fruityness isn't bad either. A nice Helles indeed. 240801

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some mild grainy and bready tones. Flavour is citrus, some floral and mild herbal tones to it. Quite ok. Mild spicy tones in the aftertaste.
