Nicely integrated fruit saison like the Okanagan in September. Hazy pink pour with ok head. Light sweet finish. Some florals. Tap at brewery.

Taster at Brix. Pours a clear, pale yellow color, with a medium, white head. The aroma is some light cream, lemon juice, ginger, and lots of cloves. Sugary sweet, with an acrid bitterness. Light body, sticky, and a little astringent. This is an interesting beer, but it’s very light and nondescript, with a pretty poor flavor.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense resinous and perfumey hop oils, and alcohol. Flavour is extremely sweet, with heavy sweet resinous hop oils, some perfume, and caramel. Much too sweet, but actually not that hot. It's a fun extreme one.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy grapefruit, light gin botanicals, and some toasted bready malt. Flavour brings out a great mix of gin botanical, juicy grapefruit and resinous hops. Wonderful balance - not too boozy or harsh. One of those rare coherent BA IIPAs. Excellent.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy citrus and resinous hops, with a little sweet caramel malt to back. Flavour is quite juicy, with resinous and piney hops, tropical fruits, and dry caramel bready malt. Juicy, but also finishes with a bitter hoppy astringency. Very good.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dank and piney hops, and dry toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, light dankness and dry biscuity malt to back. Nice piney hop character. By-the-books, but well-done west coast IPA.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice hybrid of Belgian yeast and piney hops. Flavour follows through, with aggressive Belgian yeast melding somewhat harshly with dank, piney hops. Not exactly harmonious, but this is pleasant.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals a lovely tequila barrel element, with light blood oranges and salt. Flavour is intense, with heaps of tequila barrel character, a little salt and lots of citrus. Nothing subtle about the barrel here. Very enjoyable.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours a cloudy dark amber pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy blackberries and some saison yeast. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of fresh blackberries, a touch of pith, a touch of sweetness, and a hint of yeast. A blackberry bomb, with a dry body. Juicy finish. Nice stuff.

On tap at Jagged Mountain, pours black with a reddish tinge and a medium beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, saison yeast and some toasted malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with plenty of earthiness, saison yeast, and some fruitiness. Earthy and dry, with a nice fruity character.
