Pours unclear, dark redpink. Scent is full-on cherry. Taste is sharp, tart, dry, cherry. Swiming pool (the good cherries all tend to have this) . Loads of almond-like (cherry stones) .

Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is buttery and vanilla, intense barrel profile. Taste is sharp, light and mild ( acidity as well as intensity) , BBA profile quite clear

Pours unclear blonde. Scent is very wort-like, sweet, malty. Taste is sharp, mild acidity, very wort-like sweet maltyness. Unfinished, but not bad. Mild sparkle. Between wort and beer.

Bottle. Ferocious gusher. Color: Hazy orange amber, white head. Aroma: Leathery Brett. Taste: Malty, leathery Brett, grassy hop backbone. Medium body, just above average carbonation. Fruity hints. Bone dry mouthfeel. Nice Orval clone.

Bottle at In 't Spinnekopke. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: tart, citrus, unripe grapes. Taste: quite tart, Balsamico vinegar, lemon, citrus, unripe grape. Subtle funky. Over medium tart. Just under average carbonation. Nice, but a bit too acidic for me.

Bottle at Villa Servais. Color: Slightly hazy golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty. Taste: Malty, yeasty notes, fruity hints of yellow fruit. Over moderate sweet, light bitter hoppy backbone. Dry finish.

Bottle at Les Eleveurs Halle. Color: Almost black, beige head. Aroma: Roasted malt, dark malt. Taste: Roasted malt, dark malt, some caramel, hints of liquorice. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nice.
