Copper with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with caramel and a roasted/burnt note. Sweet with some bready malt, roast malt, a little hop flavour and good bitterness.

Clear gold colour-bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, metal and cheap hops. Light-bodied; Sweet malt and some funky caramel flavours - not good at all! Aftertaste shows funk and cardboard-no good tastes there either! Overall, overrated - this isn’t worth trying at all! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia on 17-September-2005.

Nicely hopped example of a decent lager, very refreshing. Pales in comparison to other Czech lagers and pilsners, but still very drinkable.

Decent enough lager, clean, crisp, dry and nicely bitter. But paled in comparison to other lagers and pilsners in Prague, especially those on draught.

Bottle. Golden, white cream, low visible carbonation. Sraw nose. Grainy front, straw notes, enough hops to cover it, grassy hop finish. Light pine and citrus retronasal. Comes over as one-dimensional though. Medium to light body, sparkly mouthfeel. Maybe on a hot summer day.
