On tap. Pours a cloudy reddish amber with a small off-white head. Fresh tropical hop aroma with a litle caramel blending in. Medium body, caramel and nuts with nice, tropical hop notes leaving a dry and bitter - if somewhat dusty - finish. 110512

Draught, 5.3%. Mild urine aroma. Hazy golden colour. The flavour is nicely grassy with a bit of urine. Sounds bad, but is quite refreshing.

On tap. Pours a pitch black with an off-white head. subtle roasty nose with some pruney fruit - and an unfortunate phenollic edge from the Belgian yeast. Fairly rich body, mellow roast, again pruney with some molasses kinda sugars. Some heat in the finish. The malt bill is great, but I’m not fond of the yeast and the esters it creates. 110512
