Draught @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Unclear / hazy dark yellow orange color with a average fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, bubble gum, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Very refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Thomas_E. Very cloudy, pale golden with a dense, white head. Aroma of yeast and banana and a somewhat spicy edge. Fairly light in body with some banana accents, a touch of pine and then a rather piquant spiciness from the birch sap that also leaves an astringent, quinine-like bitterness. 100707

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage. Copper, almost clear body and a beige head. A bit weak on the nose, with malt, caramel-notes and a little grainy touch. Spiced, wheat-ish, caramel flavor with a fruity finish. Medium body. A decent beer, but way too boring. (070512)

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden-orange beer with a not too evident nose of fruits and hops. The flavor is a bit more pronounced, with fruityness, some citrus, hops and grain. Medium body. Fruits and hops in the finish. A pleasant, quaffable and refreshing beer, but it didn’t ring my bells anyway, it’s a bit anonymous for that. (070512)
