At Proletariat tasting. Cloudy yellow pour with big ginger nose. The ginger and carrot seems in perfect proportion very present but not overpowering. Some pepperiness and tart apples as well. He claimed it as summer drink but I find it’d be good for fall.

I had like 5 or 6 glasses of this at Aaron Burr event. It’s a still cider and it was served straight out of barrel. Nose is light bourbon and appley goodness. Bourbon is very faint making this drier and more drinkable than you would expect. Creamy palate with notes of marshmallow, bubblegum, and wood. Semi sweet on finish.

At tasting at Proletariat. I love the idea of wild foraged apples with everything that is found from one area. Pours slightly cloudy yellow. Nose is apple and bit of grass. Extremely dry cider but then the apple come deep on the finish, you also get some champagne, and peppery zing. High carbonation. Pretty awesome.
