Lattina. Al naso arrivano impressioni di orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano note di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, ananas, frutta tropicale e mandarino.

Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una schiuma importante, con carbonazione eccessiva. La parte liquida è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano sentori di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, spezie, creme caramel e frutta tropicale.

Tap at WInter Affair 2025. Very dark greyish-brown (?) body. Dry, sharp, raisin-driven aroma. Shatp, thick taste, raisins, chocolate, dusty, kinda likable, not the greatest of notes.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Floral, citric, bit peachy, dry aroma. Lean, dry taste, hearbal, coconut, orange notes, lean, dry finish. Fun!

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Hazy amber-golden body, lasting off-white head. Citrus-driven hoppy aroma, orange, some resin. More orange and other citric notes in the lean, dry taste, some tropical notes, very light honey. Nice!

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Very dark murky brown body, ochre head. Nutty, floral, soft creamy aroma. Lean, dry taste, nutty, malty, floral, heading into a surprisingly heavy bitterness in the finish. Not their best.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Black body, with an impressive thick brown head. Enormous aroma, sweet, bit sticky - mainly carob and chocolate, some vanilla... wow... But the taste - starting creamy, almost smoothie-like in some ways, but not like pastry stuff - it throws huge carob, figs, bourbon barrel vanilla at you, heaps of chocolate, some mild oxidation notes, but not ina bad way, ending bitter, roasty, a modern, huge, impressive imperial stout that I might have had a bit earlier than I planned, but it turned out to be, perhaps, the beer of the day for me, and I really do hope someone beats it for beer of the year, as I'll get to try something even more fantastic than this!

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Murky red body, pinkish, thick head. Spicy, funky cherry aroma. Lean, dry taste, very pleasant cherries, bit spicy, bit funky, nice and soft. A lovely drink!
