Bottle at Søgaards Bryghus. It pours an almost clear golden body and a finger-thick white head. The aroma has a berry-ish sourness and some yeasty notes. Wheaty malts. The flavor has the same berry-like sourness and some caramel hints with the malts in the back. Medium to full body. A fine bitterness finishes the whole thing. Ok, it’s a drinkable beer but nothing I would like to repeat. 101020
