Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Nose is sweet. Chocolate and caramel. Sweet malty flavor with a bit of hops in the end. Medium and smooth body. Chewy malty. Quite nice..

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold beer, frothy white head. Light sweet malt, champagne yeast sweetness. Finishes crisp and dry. The champaghe element lifts and otherwise pretty standard beer.

Bottle at Chriso NY Tasting 2010. Hazy gold lasting white head. Must on aroma. Not very interesting. Some hop on end. Not inoffensive.
