Rotbox offering via Papsœ. Thanks ! Pours a deep brown / black appearance with a very thin brown head. Somewhat ashy / smoky, coffee, dark chocolate, very roasty aroma. Dull carbonation. Kind of dusty. Lots of coffee and anise. A bit earthy. Dusty. Sat on this one probably too long.

Bottle@Borup - dark brown to black pour with slight brown head. Malty sweet aroma and taste, some light dark fruit, caramel, slight toffee, bit basic.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and breadish. Sweet, toasted malty and caramelish. Dry and breadish. Light bitter into a toasted finish.

Fra fad på Tap1 mai-14: i utgangspunktet virket dette som et interessant øl med bryuken av champagnegjær, men resultatet er desverre kjedelig. Må nok prøve en kjøleskapskald flaske av denne for å få et ordentlig inntrykk. Til huskelisten for neste Københavntur!
