Bottle at home from HOTM, 26th February 2021. Pours a light golden colour, characteristic large white frothy head. Aroma is yeast, clove, fruity, banana. Taste is refreshing, dry, yeast, banana, light spice, clove. Pretty tasty and very drinkable

Bottle drunk after late meetings until 9.30p, 1:1 compared with the Grünhopfen pils from the same brewery. Pale yellow gold, thin head. Mild grain nose, rounded profile. Flavor is dry, earthy-spicy, sharp grain profile, high but smooth bitterness. It doesn't have the same dry-white-wine (Hallertau Blanc) bite of the Grünhopfen version, and the aftertaste is much smoother and more pleasant than the seasonal variety.

Trübe orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, leicht getreidig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane, leicht säuerlich. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

500ml Bottle - Pale golden/yellow with a white head. Grassy aroma with hints of straw and lime. Grassy and relatively dry taste with notes of lime peel, hay, tea and lemon.
30-12-20 // 330ml bottle via Bierwichteln. Pours clear golden with a white head. Nose of pale malts and herbal, weed, hops. Aroma is defined by a pilsner malt dry semisweet body. Intense hop bitterness, with herbal, grassy aromas. Long lasting bitterness

330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Fresh and enticing aroma. Green tea, hop resins and herbs in the aroma. Fresh taste with elderflower, herbs, hop resins and a pleasant dryness.

Heller Weizenbock mit 6,9 % Alkohol und 16 % Stammwürze. Getreidige und vergoren fruchtige Noten bilden einen schönen Einklang. Minimale Nuancen von Sekt. Nicht so herb, eher mild gehopft. Allerdings auch keinesfalls zu süß, die dezente Bitternote gibt genau den richtigen Akzent. Mit 6,9 % Alk rammt das Schönramer natürlich ganz schön, allerdings fällt der hohe Alkoholgehalt geschmacklich nicht besonders auf. Vielleicht ein kleines bisschen zu säurebetont. Trotzdem ein hochanständiger Weizenbock.
