Bottled. An unclear amber beer. The aroma has notes of vinegar, malt, brettanomyces, and berries. The flavor is lightly acidic with notes of wood and malt, leading to a lightly tart finish.

on tap-pours an off white ring for a head and gold color. Aroma is mild light malt with some sweet. Taste is light malt with some sweet caramel, secondary hops bitter (maybe cluster), although they say cascade. Step 1 PA.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. It pours clear deep copper with thin off white head. The aroma is earthy, spicy, a dash of chocolate, prunes and apricots. The taste is pretty smooth with chocolate malts, some malt roastiness, earthiness, a bit of yeasty spices and sweet caramel. Pretty nice.
